Leaders' Workshop

This workshop is designed for those who wish to know more about the work of Cursillo and how to use it more effectively. It is designed either for current leadership or for those who are potential leaders, and is open to the entire Southeastern Region.

The workshop provides for the exchange of ideas and strategies between leaders of different dioceses, from national Cursillo leadership who direct this event, and among those who come from within and without our Diocese. An event of this type is a powerful tool for the mission of the Church.

These goals are accomplished by:

• Deepening the commitment to Christ through living the life in Christ as provided to us through the Cursillo method.
  
  
• Clarifying the purpose of Cursillo, especially with regard to our Fourth Day and leadership development.
  
  
• Providing a clear message regarding what we, as the Cursillo community, are called to do.
  
  
• Exploring the tools we have available to make the work of the Cursillo method an effective instrument in the work of the Church and the restoration of all things in Christ.
  
  
• Supporting the leadership of diocesan Cursillo efforts with information on how to make their efforts more effective.
